Installing
Fighter Ace ®
You will need to save the
FAInstaller.exe to the desktop
or the folder of your choice
and then install it. Please
read the following information
before you begin the download.
For those players running
a firewall, you should either
disable it temporarily or configure
it to allow FA.exe, FAStart.exe,
wget.exe, and rsync.exe full
access to the internet (both
out to the net and incoming
traffic and specifically you
need to let network traffic
through to/from IP 64.34.170.168
TCP port 873.)
Those running Zone Alarm will
need to set security level to
low in order for the link to
connect and download.
After installing FAInstaller.exe
the auto-update feature will
download the rest of the files.
You may use several different
methods to engage the auto-update
feature in the future. You can
launch the game as you normally
do, or run FAUpdate.exe which
has been installed by the FAInstaller
file in 'C:Program Files/Fighter
Ace' (default) folder on your
hard drive.
